Get Real Programme

The Get Real Programme empowers underprivileged and orphaned young girls, ages 16 to 22, to grow into confident, well-rounded women with strong socio-economic and entrepreneurial skills. Our goal is to help them embrace their identity, environment, and future dreams.

The young adults of today are the leaders of tomorrow. By supporting them, we create hope, opportunity, and a safer environment for growth. The programme not only nurtures personal development but also seeks to address unemployment by guiding participants toward entrepreneurial success.

Get Real was created to provide structured guidance and support, helping young women discover who they are, understand their world, and confidently pursue their dreams—both personally and professionally.

The programme is built around three core areas:

• Get Real with Yourself – fostering self-awareness, confidence, and emotional well-being.
• Get Real with Life – developing essential life skills, resilience, and practical socio-economic knowledge.
• Get Real with Your Dreams / Your Business – inspiring entrepreneurial thinking and equipping participants to pursue their business ideas.

Interactive sessions are facilitated by experienced role models and professionals who are passionate about mentoring young women.
